Russia’s Uralkali takes $450 mln club loan for 5 yrs

MOSCOW, Jun 19 (PRIME) -- Russian fertilizer producer Uralkali has taken a U.S. $450 million unsecured club loan for five years, the company said in a statement Thursday.

The interest rate stood at LIBOR +1.75%

The company will use the raised funds to refinance the debt.

Commerzbank Aktiengesellschaft, ING Bank, Nordea Bank, Societe Generale, Rosbank and UniCredit bank organized the loan.
